Chakli Recipe Using Phondaghat Chakli Bhajni
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Phondaghat Chakli Bhajni
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp carom seeds (ajwain)
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp asafoetida (hing)
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp hot oil (for mixing)
- Water as needed
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, add Phondaghat Chakli Bhajni, sesame seeds, carom seeds, red chili powder, turmeric, asafoetida, and salt. Mix well.
