Baelprash is made by crushing Bael fruit and may consist of hard to chew particles. Don’t worry about those, just chew them proper and gulp it down.
For Kids: 1 to 2 teaspoons, two times a day.
For Adults: 2 to 3 teaspoons, two times a day.
It is recommended to have a glass of warm milk after consuming Bael. For those who don’t like milk, a glass of warm water will do too.
