Bael fruit is a king when it comes to solving digestion issues. It is loaded with fibre and anti-oxidants that help throw out the toxins out of the body. The Bael Fruit is not a well-known fruit hence very less of its goodness is known. However, it has a long history with Ayurveda. Bael is used in various natural herbal medicines made for getting rid of bodily infections, viruses and ailments.
India is a hub of for the cultivation of Bael fruit. It mainly comprises of fibre, carbs and loaded with vitamins. It also consists of calcium, zinc, magnesium, etc.
Baelprash is made by crushing Bael fruit and may consist of hard to chew particles. Don’t worry about those, just chew them proper and gulp it down.
For Kids: 1 to 2 teaspoons, two times a day.
For Adults: 2 to 3 teaspoons, two times a day.
It is recommended to have a glass of warm milk after consuming Bael. For those who don’t like milk, a glass of warm water will do too.
